Wedding pass for non-Palace wedding guests
2012- $91.00 per person
Note: Non- Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana wedding guests are required to purchase a wedding pass. Palace Resorts reserves the right to limit the number of day passes sold once the property has reached its maximum capacity.
Private function areas are based upon availability.
Private functions, religious ceremonies, music services, and tuxedo rentals must be reserved at least 60 days prior to the wedding date. Restrictions apply to outdoor functions. Please ask your wedding planner for more details.
Private events held after 12:00am will have additional charges associated. Certain private event locations may have additional setup fees associated.
All wedding packages must be reserved in advance. The complimentary package will not apply if requested onsite. All Reservations must be booked at least 1 month (31 days) prior to arrival. Dominican Registry office is open from Monday through Saturday only.
Photography packages are ready within one month after the ceremony. For couples leaving the day after the wedding there will be a mailing fee of approximately $69.00 US starting price. Selected photography packages may require additional time.
Wedding passes are (depending on wedding year) 2012 $93.00 US per person, per day and must be purchased for guests not staying at the hotel. Wedding passes are guaranteed for purchase only on ceremony date. The Resort will only allow the purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests. Example: If you have 20 guests, only 20% of that total can purchase wedding passes, in this case, only 4 guests are able to purchase wedding passes. Wedding passes are subject to availability depending on the occupancy level of the resort. Guests purchasing a wedding pass must exit the property by 11:00pm. No exceptions can be made.
Outside vendor services (photography, florists, décor companies, audio visual companies, entertainers, etc.) are not permitted on premises. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana will provide our couples with a variety of in-house services to choose from. Guests residing at another property other than the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana in which their ceremony is taking place are responsible for any transportation fees that might be associated.
Dress Code: Formal or semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits. Groom may wear dressy shorts for ceremony only. For selected restaurants formal dress code applies.
Payment Policy for Wedding Collections: A 50% deposit of the complete package is required 14 days after wedding date is confirmed. Final payment is due 45 days prior to ceremony. Non-refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to wedding date.
Visa, Master Card & American Express are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort .
