Service Fee applies.
Service Fee: Is a nominal fee applied over the final price of all transactions using the Resort Credit promotion on all services or products available. Service fee will apply as follows: 16% for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.
Service fee can be paid with cash, room charge and credit card. Service fee cannot be paid with the remaining resort credit promotion balance.
Amount of Resort Credits and length of stay: Amounts shown are the maximum resort credit that can be applied towards each product/service for a maximum cumulative amount equivalent to: Guests booking the Hard Rock Family Caribbean Suite will receive up to $1,500 per room/per stay with a 5-8 night stay, up to the equivalent of $750 per room/per stay with a 4 night stay, up to the equivalent of $500 per room/per stay with a 3 night stay, up to the equivalent of $2000 per room/per stay with a 9-11 night stay and up to the equivalent of $2500 per room/per stay with a 12 nights or more.
The Hard Rock Signature Presidential Suite will receive up to $3,000 per room/per stay with a 5-8 night stay, up to the equivalent of $1,500 per room/per stay with a 4 night stay, up to the equivalent of $1000 per room/per stay with a 3 night stay, up to the equivalent of $4000 per room/per stay with a 9-11 night stay and up to the equivalent of $5000 per room/per stay with a 12 nights or more The 4-Bedroom Villas will receive up to $6,000 per room/per stay with a 5-8 night stay, up to the equivalent of $3,000 per room/per stay with a 4 night stay, up to the equivalent of $2000 per room/per stay with a 3 night stay, up to the equivalent of $8,000 per room/per stay with a 9-11 night stay and up to the equivalent of $10,000 per room/per stay with a 12 nights or more.
All other room categories are entitled $1,500 per room/per stay with a 5-8 night stay, up to the equivalent of $750 per room/per stay with a 4 night stay, up to the equivalent of $500 per room/per stay with a 3 night stay, up to the equivalent of $2000 per room/per stay with a 9-11 night stay and up to the equivalent of $2500 per room/per stay with a 12 nights or more.
General Terms and Conditions: Resort credit cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no cash reimbursement if unused. Resort credit promotion is not combinable with other credits, discounts or promotions unless specifically indicated. Resort Credit is not transferable, non cumulative and cannot be held over for future stays. Promotion, prices and applicable services are subject to change without prior notice. Guests staying at more than one hotel will receive the benefits of the promotion depending on the length of stay at each one, though unused credits may not be transferred to the next hotel.
Promotion Restrictions: Resort Credits promotion will not be extended to travelers on famtrips, travel agent or employee rates, complimentary, incentive, barter, exchange or compensatory stays.
Room upgrades: up to 50% of the total amount may be paid with Resort Credit, the other 50% will be paid in cash or credit at the Property.
Important Terms and Conditions to take in consideration before booking all tours and services:
HOW & WHEN, all tours, services are subject to space and availability and must be: (1) booked/requested upon arrival, (2) require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service and, (3) must be purchased at full price.
Tours may vary by destination and can be cancelled by force majeure or weather conditions.
WHICH, Resort Credit is applicable only towards the mentioned tours on this brochure and only when sold by all-inclusive hard rock hotel Vacation Planners. Resort Credit in not applicable towards other tours provided by other operators.
NO SHOW POLICY, No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price.
Groups and Weddings: Promotion applies to groups of 25 rooms and under. Groups
over 25 rooms contact our group desk at 855.762.5255 or our Weddings Dept. at
weddings@allinclusivecollection.com. For Groups interested and private tours, additional charges may apply.
Weddings: When using Resort Credit towards The Colin Cowie Wedding Collection, full amount must be used. Resort Credit is only applicable towards wedding collections with a price value of $3,000 or higher. Applicable Resort Credit depends on length of vacation is applied per room/per night.
