Rock Star Vacation Rewards can be used at any of the all inclusive Hard Rock Hotels of Mexico and the Dominican Republic!

Here's how it works:

1) Order your rewards by contacting vacationrewards@hrhaic.com.

2) You'll receive your reward packets within 7-10 business days.

3) Deliver the rewards to your deserving recipients.

It's that simple! We'll take care of the rest!

Reward Package

The Reward package offers the option of purchasing three, four, five, six or seven nights.
Each award is transferable if it is not personalized. Award winners can choose among four (4) distinctive, five-star, all inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in the most awe-inspiringly beautiful tropical locations in the world with the style and luxury that characterizes the All-Inclusive Collection. Options include: Hard Rock Hotel Cancun in Cancun, Mexico; Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico; Aventura Palace in Riviera Maya, Mexico that soon will be Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in 2013 and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Validity of Rock Star Vacation Rewards

All rewards are good for 12 months and two weeks from the date your order is shipped. This allows you time to award your audience while giving them a complete year to enjoy their Rock Star Vacation Reward.

Terms and Conditions

All trips are based on availability at the time of booking
Travel must be completed by the expiration date
Based on double occupancy (two people occupying one room)
Payment must be received at the time of purchase
The rewards cannot be redeemed for cash
Changes, deviations and/or additions to the award are subject to additional fees and must be paid at the time reservations are made
