Rock Star Vacation Rewards! cards can be used at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and, through our affiliation with Palace Resorts and the Palace Rewards Program, they can also be used at any of our 11 sister resorts in Mexico, including Cancun, Cozumel and Riviera Nayarit!

Here's how it works:

1) Order your rewards by contacting your Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana sales representative.

2) You'll receive your reward packets within 7-10 business days.

3) Deliver the rewards to your deserving recipients.

Reward Packages

The Gold Reward package offers the option of purchasing three, four, five, six or seven nights. Each award is transferable if it is not personalized. Award winners can choose among eleven (11) distinctive, five-star, all-inclusive resorts in unparalleled locations with the style and luxury that characterizes Palace Resorts. The resort options include: Beach Palace, Cancun Palace, Sun Palace, Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Aventura Spa Palace, Aventura Cove Palace, Playacar Palace, Xpu-Ha Palace, Cozumel Palace, and Vallarta Palace in Mexico and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

The Platinum Reward package offers the option of purchasing three, four, five, six or seven nights. Each award is transferable if it is not personalized. By purchasing this package, winners also have the alternative option of staying at Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun, the luxury brand of Palace Resorts, with unique amenities and services.

About Rock Star Vacation Rewards cards.

Standard cards are embossed with award type (i.e. four nights), sponsoring company, card number and expiration date. Cards may also be personalized with an individual winner's name.

Personalizing Rock Star Vacation Rewards cards.

We offer you the flexibility to personalize your rock star vacation rewards cards by adding the name of your reward winners. Personalized cards are non-transferable, ensuring that your intended audience will enjoy the reward and not pass it on for someone else to use. To personalize your card, just select "personalize" on your online order form and provide the award winner's names.

Validity of Rock Star Vacation Rewards

All rewards are good for 12 months and two weeks from the date your order is shipped. This allows you time to award your audience while giving them a complete year to enjoy their Rock Star Vacation Reward.

Travel Redemption

Your award winners will redeem their trips by calling 800-643-4643. An agent will assist them in booking the hotel and travel dates of their choice.

Terms and Conditions

  • All trips are based on availability at the time of booking
  • Travel must be completed by the expiration date on the Rock Star Vacation Reward card
  • Personalized cards are non-transferable
  • Based on double occupancy (two people occupying one room)
  • Payment must be received at the time of purchase
  • The rewards cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Changes, deviations and/or additions to the award are subject to additional fees and must be paid at the time reservations are made
