We're talking about 65,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Our Fillmore Ballroom alone can comfortably seat up to 3,960 guests. Then there's the dramatic Woodstock outdoor venue, where up to 3,600 guests can gather while enjoying fresh sea air under the warm tropical sun by day, or a dramatic canopy of stars at night. Of course, we can accommodate smaller groups indoors and outdoors as well, with breakout rooms, boardrooms, pre-function venues and even poolside retreats all available.

FILLMORE BALLROOM

The spacious Fillmore Ballroom with an impressive 26' tall ceiling can accommodate large functions as well as small gatherings in any of its 12 breakouts. It is conveniently flanked by two foyers ideal for pre-function cocktails or coffee breaks. It features state-of-the-art technology, which allows the production of the most elaborate of events.

AVALON BALLROOM

This ballroom, with 19,000 square feet of function space, seats parties of up to 1,320. It also allows 20 breakouts and includes a foyer that can be used for pre-function space. It comes equipped with rigging points with a capacity of 1,200 lbs and sound-proof air walls.

ROXY BALLROOM

Ideal for small gatherings such as weddings celebrations and social events, the 4,880 square foot Roxy Ballroom is divisible into 4 rooms, each with independent access.

ODEON ROOMS

Comprised of seven individual units, these rooms can be accessed through interior doors that connect with each other. They are conveniently located next to the VIP Board Room. VIP Board Room features two flat screen TV's, an LCD projector, table with mini-plug in for audio, Wi-Fi and video-conference capabilities.
