Dubbed the "Rock n' Roll Chef" by Rolling Stone magazine, Chef Kerry Simon will open Simon Mansion and Supper Club at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana this June 2013. A modern American restaurant with California and Caribbean flair, Chef Simon has created an eclectic yet composed menu boasting a variety of innovative appetizers, delectable entrees, dry-aged meats, local seafood and an extensive fresh sushi menu.
Highlights from Simon Mansion and Supper Club include the Akaushi Beef Carpaccio, Ricotta and Field Green Raviolis, Grilled Roasted Rack of Lamb and Roasted Red Snapper, among other mouthwatering delights. In addition to seasonal creations, Chef Simon will also serve his signature dishes such as Meatloaf and Flatbreads, developed over years of owning restaurants throughout the United States.
Designed to mirror the home of a rock ‘n' roll icon, Simon Mansion and Supper Club features multiple rooms-some of which are private dining space-reflecting a dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom, library, studio and patio. Guests will not only be treated to a delectable meal, but will also get a peek behind the curtain of a rockstar's decadent abode.
Simon Mansion and Supper Club is not part of the all-inclusive daily rate. All menu items are a la carte.
